Gospel Sing

The first quarter gospel sing will be at the old Jakin School lunchroom at 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11. Everyone is invited.

St. John Mill Place

St. John Mill Place Church will have its annual missionary program Sunday, Feb. 19 at 3 p.m. Everyone is invite to attend. Rev. Alan Callaway will be the guest speaker.

Oak Grove A.M.E.

Oak Grove African Methodist Episcopal Church will host a Valentine banquet Friday, Feb. 10 at 7 p.m. Wedding vows will be renewed and dinner will be served at the Blakely Civic Community Center.

St. John F.W.B.

St. John Freewill Baptist Church will host an oldfashioned meeting along with a Black History program Saturday night, Feb. 11 at 7 p.m.

Greater Works

Greater Works Outreach Ministry will have revival Feb. 8-10 at 7 p.m. nightly. Guest evangelist will be Fredrick Scott of Clinton, Miss. Everyone is invited to attend the services.

Arms of Faith M.B.

The Arms of Faith Missionary Baptist Church will have its Usher Anniversary Feb. 19 at the noon worship service. Everyone is invited.

Shiloh Outreach

Pastor Bob Doorn will be at Shiloh Outreach Feb. 23 24. Meetings will begin at 7:30 p.m. both nights. Everyone is invited

St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Cedar Springs Rd., will have its annual usher anniversary Feb. 12 at 3 p.m. Guest speaker will be Rev. Martin.

Faith Holiness No. 2

Faith Holiness No. 2 will celebrate Black History Feb. 12 at 7:30 p.m. Rev. Fred Daniel Jr. will be the guest speaker. The public is invited to attend the celebration.

Greater Deliverance

The Greater Deliverance Temple of God Church, Donalsonville, will celebrate the pastor’s fourth appreciation Feb. 9, 7:30 p.m. at 525 Spring St., Donalsonville; Feb. 10 at 7:30 p.m. and Feb. 12 at 3 p.m. at the Lions Hall at S. Wiley St., Donalsonville. For more information, call 309-9075.

Wesley Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church Christian education department and drama ministry will present a Black History dinner theater/ play entitled “12 Gates to the City” Feb. 18 at at the Blakely Community Center at 4 p.m. No tickets will be sold at the door. There will be a soul food menu and door prizes. Everyone is invited to come and bring a friend. Bethlehem A.M.E.

Bethlehem African Methodist Episcopal Church will celebrate Black History Month Saturday, Feb. 18 at 3 p.m. Charlie Sol will be the speaker for the occasion. Everyone is cordially invited to attend.
