121008-01 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, EARLY COUNTY

Because of default in the payment of the indebtedness, secured by a Security Deed executed by Supornchai Ekarintaragun to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. dated September 13, 2006 in the amount of $89,200.00, and recorded in Deed Book 277, Page 565, Early County, Georgia Records; as last transferred to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. by assignment; the undersigned, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. pursuant to said deed and the note thereby secured, has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and pursuant to the power of sale contained in said deed, will on the first Tuesday in January, 2009 , during the legal hours of sale, at the Courthouse door in Early County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said deed to-wit:

A parcel of land with a dwelling thereon, part of Lot of Land No. 150 in the 28th District of Early County, Georgia, know as the R.C. Howell Home, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the East Margin of the Right-of-Way of Old Lucille Road which point is 232 feet North 1 degree East from the South line of Lot No. 150 and from such beginning point run North 1 degree East along the East Margin of the Right-of-Way of Old Lucille Road the distance of 165 feet, thence East the distance of 641 feet, thence South 6 degrees 20 minutes East the distance of 359 feet, thence North 58 degrees 30 minutes West the distance of 381 feet, thence South 80 degrees 41 minutes West the distance of 131 feet, thence North 86 degrees 47 minutes West the distance of 231 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

A Plat of said parcel of Land made by Grady Holman, Jr., is recorded in Deed book 103, Page 108, Deed records of Early County, Georgia, which Plat and the record thereof are by reference incorporated in this description. Said Plat was amended June 26, 1974, revised by G.L. Holman on March 4, 2005, and re-recorded in Deed Book 268, Page 152, Early County, Georgia, Deed records.

Said Property is the same Property described in and conveyed by that Survivorship Deed from Kay F. Gordon to Justin N. Scarborough and Jessica L. Scarborough, dated December 20, 2004, and recorded in Deed Book 263, Page 239, Early County, Georgia, Deed records.

which has the property address of 6724 Old Lucile Road, Blakely, Georgia, together with all fixtures and other personal property conveyed by said deed.

The sale will be held subject to any unpaid taxes, assessments, rights-ofway, easements, protective covenants or restrictions, liens, and other superior matters of record which may affect said property.

The sale will be conducted subject (1) to confirmation that the sale is not prohibited under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and (2) to final confirmation and audit of the status of the loan with the holder of the security deed.

Notice has been given of intention to collect attorneys' fees in accordance with the terms of the note secured by said deed.

Said property will be sold as the property of Supornchai Ekarintaragun and Deborah Ekarintaragun and the proceeds of said sale will be applied to the payment of said indebtedness, the expense of said sale, all as provided in said deed, and the undersigned will execute a deed to the purchaser as provided in the aforementioned Security Deed.

122408-01 NOTICE OF INTENT TO ABANDON

RIGHT-OF-WAY

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Early County, Georgia, intents to abandon the rightof way of a county road, pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 32-7-2, described as follows: A section of a county road known as Fuller Road, County Road No. 96, beginning at its intersection with the east lines of Land Lot Nos. 236 and 237, 26 Land District, th and extending westerly along said right-of-way to a point 207 feet from said point to its intersection with the west line of the "Fuller House" lot as shown on that plat of survey made by Holman Land Surveying, Inc., dated March 24, 2006, recorded in Deed Book 268, Page 92, Early County, Georgia Deed Records. A copy of said section of county road to be abandoned is shown on said plat and the attached county road map.

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners wish to proceed to abandon said right-of-way, pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 32-7-2 et sq., hereby notifies the owner of the abutting land of the Board's intent to so abandon said right of way; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners has determined that such section of the County Road Systems has ceased to be used by the public to the extent that there are no substantial public purposes served by maintaining said road, and;

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners shall hold a public hearing on such issue beginning at 6:00 o'clock, P.M., E.T., January 5, 2009, at the County Administration Building, Court Square, Blakely, Georgia to receive comments from the public as to its intent to abandon said right of way.

NOW THEREFORE, the Board of Commissioners of Early County, Georgia, hereby serves notice of its intent to abandon said right-of-way in conforming with O.C.G.A. § 32-7-2.
